Leadership
Vong Ka Lon (Huang Jialun)
Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Macao SAR, President of the Macao Digital Innovation Association and Founding President of the Macao Live Streaming Association. A long-time advocate of the digital economy, youth innovation and SME digital transformation, he works to advance digital industry cooperation between Macao, the Chinese mainland and international markets.
Dr. Yang Cheng
Chairman of the Board of the Macao Digital Innovation Association and President of the Macao Financial Technology and Education Development Association. Postdoctoral researcher in Statistics at Guangzhou University and Doctor of Business Administration from the Macau University of Science and Technology. A Certified Financial Management Professional (CFMP), he has long been dedicated to research on RMB internationalisation, cross-border finance and cross-border trust transmission costs, with extensive theoretical and practical experience. He has overall responsibility for the Association's day-to-day affairs and member recruitment.
Dr. Gao Ming
Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee of the Macao Digital Innovation Association. Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Macau and Managing Director of BOSS Translation Company Limited (Macao). He leads the Supervisory Committee in overseeing the Board's daily operations and finances to ensure sound governance of the Association.
Dr. Song Wei
Secretary-General of the Macao Digital Innovation Association. Doctor of Applied Psychology from the City University of Macao; currently Editor-in-Chief of Phoenix TV (Macao Bureau), Yangcheng Evening News (Macao Bureau) and the Jing Hai Qiao Bao newspaper, and formerly a presenter at China National Radio. She is responsible for the Secretariat's daily administration, member services and coordination of the Association's affairs, supporting the Board's work.
Governing Bodies
General Assembly
The supreme governing body of the Association. It formulates and amends the statutes, elects the President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary-General and Deputy Secretaries-General of the General Assembly as well as members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee, decides on work policies, and reviews and approves the Board's work reports. It comprises one President, several Vice-Presidents, one Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretaries-General, each serving a renewable three-year term.
Board of Directors
The executive body of the Association, responsible for implementing the resolutions of the General Assembly and managing day-to-day affairs. It comprises no fewer than three members, in odd numbers, with one Chairman, several Vice-Chairmen and Directors, each serving a renewable three-year term. The Board meets once every three months.
Supervisory Committee
The supervisory body of the Association, overseeing the Board's daily operations and financial affairs. It comprises no fewer than three members, in odd numbers, with one Chairman, several Vice-Chairmen and Supervisors, each serving a renewable three-year term. The Committee meets once every three months.
